you talk to people who have seen you fail soooo many times before?

I ask this because I have been putting off getting an appt to get my hair trimmed because I don't want to have to face my hair dresser. I have been going to the same gal for several years. She has watched me lose and gain......and lose and gain........and lose and gain.........you get the picture.

Anyway......I am so excited ...

May has been an awfully slow month for me, but at least I hit one goal: I now have 99# to go. That's two digits, folks, not three anymore!

I mean i really don't know. How does 5 oz of chicken look? I mean i only lost 3.5 pounds this week. And this is week five. Could i be over doing it.

okay i accidentally threw away my directions -- exactly WHY arent they written on every package ??? anyway, i dont think i have gotten the hang of exactly how to fix the soups... i follewed the directions when I had them but it just didnt turn out right-- the chili was more like soup... and how oh how to get the lumps out ? i thought about putting it in the magic bullet but not ...

People i am .5 pound away from being in the 90 pound club. That's a 1/2 pound away. I lost 3 pounds this week and 2 days. I usually weigh in on Sundays, but it was TOM for me and i did not want to depress myself by getting on the scales. I am so close to be being under 200 pounds that it is killing me. ok, i need to ramble....please forgive me for being long-winded. feel free to chime in!

i am in my second week of MF and lost 1 pound, bringing my total to 11 pounds. you might be thinking "yay!" or "ok, so what is her problem?" or "is she cheating?" ...

okay before i tried my magic bullet today i HATED the vanilla shake mix. This morning ( my birthday BTW ) i only had VANILLA left from my sample pack i ordered 10 days ago.. yuck i thought, how does chili sound for breakfast ????? but i so wanted to use my birthday present to myself ( the magic bullet ) that i said okay-- ill stomach the vanilla just this once.... it was YUMMY ...

Apparently some of my co-workers think it is time for me to go shopping because today they were calling me 'Miss Baggy Pants". I am still wearing the same capris that I wore at the beginning of the school year. However, now I have to gird them up with a belt. They are too big but I refuse to go and buy new ones since Friday is the last day of school.
