This is week five or six. I can't count but for some reason i have been really hungry the past 48 hours. It's not TOM. I did work out a little longer sunday. Okay alot longer. I worked out three hours. I also had a extra bar that day. BUT i did NOT have any shakes. ANd no water. I tried the water thing i did. I really did, something is not clicking in me. ...

Just a question from a newbee: does it bother the ladies when a male (overly king-sized) loses a great deal of weight each week? Or more to the point, what if a man lost say 20 or so pounds in his first week? Just speaking hypothetically here. For now. We know it is almost exclusively water weight this close to start...but is it disheartening to those who are doing everything correctly and chart a 1 ...

I was going through my cupboard and found a couple of tall plastic glasses. My normal daily glasses hold about 16 oz of water. Well, I measured my "found" cups and they hold about 24 oz of water.
