Measurement Monday - July 4th

Happy 4th of July everyone! Don't forget today is the first Mon. of the month and time to get the tape measurer out! Christi would be so proud to know we were remembering this awesome idea!

BACK FROM HOSPITAL WITH MOM!!

Just got back from the hospital with my mom.. we went on Monday as soon as I got back from BRANSON.. Shakes 55/70 question

If a woman is still hungry, can she have a 70 shake instead of a 55? I ran across a comment to this effect in one of the messages. Would that help alleviate the hunger symptoms? How much difference would it really make in the weight loss :?:

Question? :?: Would it be safe (wise) to include a diet suppressant while on MF?
I realize MF has produt(s) with appetite suppressants in them, however; I have been used to taking a product called Xenadrine (ephedra free) which seemed to work very well in the past. I thought maybe it would hopefully enhance the diet program. :D ...

Can't Believe It First Week Done

Well I cannot believe the first week is over - it went very quickly !
