I had an awesome time in Texas and then in the beautiful mountains of Estes Park, Colorado!!
I also made the choice to totally go off plan while I was away for 17 days and by doing so, I naturally gained weight!
I ate pretty much everything I was craving and more, and I am glad to say I am ready and happy to start back on plan again as of this morning.

I'm not really sure if this is the place to ask so forgive the possible mis-posting. I've been doing some research into a few diets and I came across Medifast on my trek through the various diet websites.

I've searched the forums and don't think this has ever been asked, but are Medifast and Atkins compatible diet plans? My plan was to incorporate Atkins designed lunch and dinners with the Medifast shakes/bars/soups. I know weight ...

Hey, I just wanted to share my great news! I lost a clothing size! I started in a size 26 (almost tight, too!) and now I can wear a 24 again! I went out clothes shopping today as my pants are baggy and worn out. Well, these pants are now my BEFORE pants! I only bought a couple of shirts and capris as I know I will drop another size soon.
