Wow....this is just what I needed to get the ball rolling and the fat rolling off..Ha...I am not telling anyone but my family that I am dieting, yet. I want people to say...How did you do that? Another week like this and I am sure it will become quite noticeable. Do I get to be in the 10#club? hehe

Has anyone used any of the appetite suppresants in the shakes or the pills? I would very much like to hear your reaction to any of these. I am very interested but reticent because in the past, I did not feel comfortable with fiber pills, or any pill that contained chromium. Let me know please!!!

Since checking our weight on the scale is the routine, I am afraid to go back to my weight training, because it would probably make me heavier or the scale won't budge as much. Seeing the weight loss is what gets me motivated. At the moment I am at plateau after losing 17 lbs. I am confused because I enjoy this kind of training coupled with Richard Simmons. Ok, so this is totally off topic well kind of. Long story short I am tired of seeing beautiful clothes my children have ruined by food stains. What I want to know is what do people use to get them out ? For example yellow mustard all over my sons beautiful new shirt ? I was just perusing the August "Reader's Digest" and on page 214, there is a list of 'Cool Cooking Tools'.
