I dragged my Pilates machine out + signed up for Jazzercise

2 weeks ago and have been plateauing at 155, maybe I'm building muscle..ha ha.

I cut out the crackers 2 days ago and bars 1 day ago.

Water maybe I will drink more water, that always seems to gat the fat moving instead of the 64 oz I will step it up.

Cancer Survivor and Medifast

Hi all,

I've been lurking on your wonderful forum for about 2 weeks. I've ordered my medifast this morning and I'm looking forward to dropping the weight.

Okayyyyy.. what's with the terrifying cellulite?!

Has anyone npticed that with losing weight your cellulite all the sudden seems super noticeable?! It was like when I was at my highest weight, I had cellulite, but my fat was "hiding" it better. Now it's like BLAMMO, I have TONS.

I'm gonna go break all my mirrors now. :)

I think I'm stalling already :(

Well, it's been about one month since I've started Medifast and I am thrilled with a 15 lb. loss! However, that was lost in the first 2 1/2 weeks. Since then, the scale has not budged, and I just came back from a 3-day family vacation and stuck to the program 100% (which would have been unheard of any other time in my life!). First 30 day weigh in---

Just wanted to update that today makes it 30 days that I have been on Medifast and I have lost a total of 20.2 pounds!!! I am sure there are others with bigger losses their first month, but for me, 30 days sticking to one plan is a big achievement. I am so happy that I found Medifast. Thank you Jesus!!!

Tips From a Newbie

To take to work, I make 2 separate shakes with ice in my Magic Bullet and pour them together into a big insulated mug ( about a quart size). It has a snap on lid that slids to open and you can use a straw . You can get one at the dollar stores or walmart . I keep a box of straws for this at work.

4th day of restart

Monday I started my "restart". And so far I have lost 2lbs this week. That is great, except that is only getting me closer to the amount I had already lost, quit and then gained back. But that is okay. Im looking forward to Christmas. I watched the documentary SuperSize Me last night and it just reinforced my reasons for change. Im doing great this week.

THE BEST SHAKE!!!

ok
it was bedtime and i had a meal and shake left. kim gave me the advice to mix a chocolate pudding with a chocolate shake, add chocolate syrup, blend with ice cubes...it was sssssssssssoooooooooooooooo good. i'm almost tempted to skip another meal so i can have another shake. i mean, this was restaurant quality
