hey all,

just wanted to get an idea, which of the shakes are your favorite? i have tried the swiss mocha (not that big a fan) :(, the french vanilla (i really didnt like :( , and the dutch chocolate (which is my fave :D ) what about the others?

I was planning on checking in this Sunday, but if history is an indicator I will probably be without electricity by then. I am finally wearing those favorite pair of jeans and couldn't be happier. I'm sweating it a bit though as I have a 4 day supply left and my next shipment is due tomorrow along with Rita. :shock:

My daughter and I are traveling to Italy next week. We are going to the small town where my grandfather grew up. We will be staying with extended family (people that I do not know) who speak a language I do not understand. This is a small town--my daughter and her new husband stopped there on a honeymoon trip. She thinks this will be wonderful--I do too, and yet I am worried about the logistics ...

I have a problem. I can't NOT exercise. I'm a competitive dancer. But the site says I shouldn't exercise in the beginning because that will slow down my loss. I thought exercise burns more calories so we lose even more. Any suggestions? Has anyone lost MORE weight with exercise in the beginning?

On the monthly sale items, does that sale end exactly on the last day of the month? I have noticed that sometimes it caries over the first couple of days into the next month. Anyone have experience with this? I plan to order what's on sale this month, however I won't be submitting it until probably the 1st of Oct... Trying to do my MF budget ;) ...

I am THRILLED to report that I seem to have broken through this stall/plateau! The scale is moving again and I've lost 2 lbs. since I've added the water and a little exercise on the treadmill (20-30 mins. 3 times/week)

My total is now 19 lbs. in 6 weeks. I cannot WAIT to reach 20...but at least now I KNOW I can trust this program!

BTW, tried the Creamy Broccoli soup this week - LOVED ...

I've been reading some of the posts, and it saddens me that weight can be gained back so quickly. 5 days off the diet, and 8 lbs back...etc etc. I'm very dedicated to losing weight, but if months of hard work can be gained back just like that, it's very discouraging. I'm still waiting for my Medifast to arrive in the mail. Does long term weight maintenance mean having to drink shakes for the rest ...

I've been a very bad girl - I've been off track for 3 days now - not just off track but on a binge (lots of reasons/excuses - but know none of them matter so I won't even list them). Just wondering what 1 more day will matter... Thanks in advance.

Hi, Everyone.

Someone here locally has a huge truck and was taking a load down to the hurricane victims. I decided to put in all of my clothes that I have just outgrown. I lovingly packed all of the boxes--six HUGE boxes full of all of my 3X's and 2X's. I wrote on the lids of each box whether they were career clothes, casual, etc.

I hope they help someone who has lost everything. Also, ...
