Just wanted to report my loss of 7lbs on my first week back on MF. Secretly I had hoped for a little more but will be happy with this. It was a tough week. Lots of hunger and irritiability :aarggh: . I'm really having a hard time this afternoon. I have another 1.5 hour til I can eat and I don't know what it is but I'm starving. I just ate. I'm craving something sweet so bad. But instead of giving in I figured I'd cruise the board and look for words of encouragement. what can i do about leg cramps. They haven't gotten bad yet but i can feel them coming. Right now it's the little twitch but i have a history of leg cramps in the middle of the night that hurt so bad they wake me up. what can i do to try to keep that from happening?

Does anyone know the optimal ratio between HDL and LDL cholesterol? I had my blood checked last friday and my test results were as follows:

Total Cholesterol: 134
HDL: 37
Ratio: 3.6

Has anyone developed (dark) undereye circles and "bags" under their eyes along with their weight loss? This is driving me craZier than the hair loss and hanging skin!!

Any suggestions on how to eliminate the eye problems?? Please respond ASAP.

It's a cold and dark morning here in Michigan! I'm down 2 lbs. for a total of 32 lbs. in 5 weeks! I wanted a 4 or 5 lbs. loss this week, but I will take the 2 lbs. as long as the number keeps going down!!!!!!!!! I think the weight loss has slowed down. I won't get discourage because I am in this for the LONG HAUL!!!!!!!! I feel so great ...
