I added 2 tablespoons of salsa to my soup.. i read it wrong instead of 2 teaspoon. The salsa I used has 10cals for 2 tablespoons with 2g of sugar and 3g of carbs.

will this mess my diet up?
I still have my lean and green meal to go and another MF meal so if theres anyway i can make up for it would be great!

I got a late start today - had my shake before Church - then we went out - so I didn't get 'lunch' till 2pm - (oddly enough I wasn't famished either) - anyway - it's now 4:30ish and I just had a supplement - so that's only three so far - Dinner is at approx 6 tonight - and then around 8 I was going to have another supplement - but that still leaves ...

I started my first day today (just finished my first meal) and am going to the grocery store to purchase my lean and green components. I actually have 2 questions.

1. What kind of marinate can I use? I am intending to grill most of my meat (maybe stir fry some days) but not sure what to look for for seasonings and marinades.

I have a box of these and cannot find them on the MF site or any other. To be honest, the box is in the car and I haven't opened it yet, so I do not know the exp. date. Did they used to make that flavor and stop? I thought maybe they were the lower sugar ones, but I didn't see them there either. Ayone know of them?

I just got back fom an unplanned trip there and they do sell DaVinci Syrups (SF and plain), but they sell another company, Artisan, SF syrups. They had a whole bunch of flavors I don't like- Kahlua, coffee, and some kinds of toasted nuts.

I did also see coconut, french vanilla, adn white chocolate. I think I haev to go back tomorrow and I might pick up white choc. It was only $5.99, not bad ...

Honestly, I just thought 150 sounded good. I don't think I will know what I should weigh until I get closer to goal. I am around 5'9" and I think I have a medium frame. I was just curious as to how you all picked the "magic number". Thanks!!

Does anyone know any company that makes a sugar free, fat free MALT type of syrup?

Plain or chocolate--I just love the malt flavor!
