1st real challenge!

I had my first REAL challenge last night and I'm happy to say I succeeded! I am sooooo happy!!

My very good friend has their family "Pizza" night every Wednesday. Her kids are in college and her parents are nearby and that's why she has this weekly get together! This way they all see family every week!

Wow!! This diet really works!!! I'm a loser !!!! YIPPEE

I Have only been on this diet a little less then a month and I am now at a 15lb weight loss!!!....Now, I have "cheated" a few times and had prime rib for dinner and chicken wings for dinner a few times (which I'm sure kept me from losing more) but I feel good!!!! So here is the Question? Why can't I start exercising wright away. Will something happen. Will it take to much energy. I read alot of the boards but it really does not tell me the reason.

New Month

Hi fellow MFers,

Today is Feb. 1, and after 15 days, I'm down 11 pounds. Okay, so I didn't start Jan 1 and this isn't a full months loss, but helk, I'm back in ONEderland and on my way towards goal.

Hi, I'm really new, just starting my second week, and my first time ever on Medifast. I have a question about soda. Is it OK? Diet soda, I mean. Can I have one or two per day, as many as I want, or should I avoid it? Thanks

Calories

Can someone please tell me the approximate number of calories we are supposed to consume during our "lean and green" and how many for the entire day. I am afraid that I am going to make my body think I'm starving (even though I'm not even hungry)! :)

Drinks!

So I was wondering... I am horrible at drinking water. Its very tough for me to get my 64 oz in every day. Are we allowed to put crystal light in it? I looked at the nutritional facts and there doesn't seem to really be anything in it...

How to feel like you're cheating withOUT actually cheating

Some days...are tougher than others. For me, a cold drizzly/snowy day at home with the television and my little family, lots of laundry and a kitchen begging to be cooked in--that's my worst hurdle.
