I work w/a girl who has lost a ton of weight (67 lbs) on wonderslim and she says it is exactly like Medifast.... She says she heard it was Medifast at one point... can someone explain what that is???

Does anyone know if fat free sugar free jello is aloud. I remember when I was atkins it was aloud. I know that this is not atkins but it does not have and sugar or fat that is why I am asking. Also I love the orange shake Put in the freezer and it taste like you are having a cream sickle :D
