Gooooooooooooolllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll!!! Sorry, I am a big futbol fan. so in English that's GOAL!!!! I weighed in this morning at 134. I have been maintaining around 135 for over a week and finally decided it was time I could declare victory! It took me 1 year and 13 days. (Well actually not that quite that long because I have hit 135 or lower several times but wanted to feel secure in my ability to maintain it.) ...
I'm not at home until late late tomorrow, I don't have enough packets, I miscounted by 2.. I'll have one when I'm home late tomorrow, but that will still leave me short 1 for the day, I dont know what to do?
Yesterday I input my Lean and Green meal into Support In Motion and entered in 6.2 ounces of protein for my chicken because that is what the scale said. Well, SIM counted that as HIGH OP for the lean which seems a little strange. So just to be naughyt I changed it to 6.1 to see what it said and it still read HIGH. :| *of course ...
It's 4:30 am but I thought I would get this thing started because last week people were posting away and his thread hadn't been started yet. I started this morning, but after only 2 hours found myself eating a candy bar that I did not get rid of before ...
Good Morning all...Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday! I am down 2.5 for this week. Wow, that is 1 lb more than my last two weeks combined!! Thank you thanksgiving!! I can only assume that biki and lizabette had the opportunity to tag team the scale fairy for me! To those that were able to remain comliant thru thanksgiving, CONGRATS! To those that were not so disciplined (i wrote about this in my journal), i ...
I know I NEED to work out eventually - to tone and to maintain and to be healthy. I'm a little stingy with the weight loss though (lol) and don't want to give up even the smallest possible loss due to working out. I know that *sounds* stupid, but I am keeping it real (as y'all know I do!).
So here is my question for those of you out of the weight loss ...
