15 LBS IN ONE MONTH!!

ONE MONTH AGO TODAY I OFFICIALLY STARTED AND HAVE LOST 15LBS I LOVE THIS DIET!!!

I have been on this diet since Jan 21. I have been doing fine up till now. The last 2 days I have been hungry. I make sure I eat every 2-3 hours and it helps but I have been having cravings. Do they go away? What have you done to curb them? I have tried the appetite suppressent but it doesn't go much.

This is my 3rd day and I am having awlful headaches. I can not seem to shake them. I tried advil and that has helped some but it's still there.

Could it be that I am allergic to the MF food or is it some type of withrawal. How much longer will these last.

In additin I have been feeling quit tired. I know this is from the MF because I am eating so much ...

Hello everyone! I successfully completed two weeks doing the 5&1, then I had a birthday party for my dad, and it didnt go too well. Needless to say I got back with the program Tuesday, and now am down 15lbs total since start! yes!

Anyways, I am contemplating switching to the complete program, but am not sure on if I should or not.

What are all of you doing and why?

Can it be that you are really back to tend your wandering sheep? It wasn't easy, but we didn't stray away too far from pasture.

It's amazing how much all of us missed you, although we knew you were okay and having fun...and well, working for us, too!

We are anticipating hearing all about it when you have recuperated from your trip. We'll try to be patient!
