Hello all. I have been on Medifast for about a month, and have lost 25 pounds so far. I find myself really hungry, especially on the weekends. I don't stray from the plan per se, I just find myself eating too much lean and green. Any tips on ways to combat this hunger? I need to lose about 125 MORE pounds! Thanks.

I just noticed on fitday that I would not even be overweight...if I were 6'6. :roflmao: I found that hilarious for some reason.

Well today is my hubby's b-day :candle: and I had my daughter just put a cake into the oven for him and I promise you guys that there is a new kind of cake out there and I got it--it is a new kind of cake that smells extra good, I know this can not be any normal cake because it smells so much better, my daughter ...

Hey, girls.
Is it just me, or does MF totally screw with your hormones? My period is like 10 days early this month. That is really unusual for me! I lost about 10 pounds in 2 weeks, so I figure rapid weight loss... estrogen release... etc probably did it. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

I was ready to have a pizza delivered last night, seriously, I was telling him to order and he says, "why don't we have that thai chicken stuff? You don't need pizza, that isn't good." I said, well, I don't have any broccoli, blah blah, cry me a river. He says, "I'll go get some. What else do you need?" I was like, "ok, so you are making it really hard to still want pizza ...

Well, this is it, another week. I lost 6 more pounds. I lost five of it by Wednesday then as I knew it would, it started to slow down. 25 pounds in 16 days isn't anything to complain about though! I might even begin to think I like the taste of this stuff if it keeps working this well. lol :yes:
