I took in the cookies to the ones who ordered at work this morning and I'm telling you...they were eating my 0900. I have to admit I had a small desire ...

In the quick start book it says under Drink Lots of Fluids,
"In addition, you may drink any non-caloric beverage including ....... then says instand broth or bouillon.

I understand that to say you can have as much as you want. However, when searching here, it says 2 cups per day.

I am not so sure I like using them as a meal. When I re-order I don't have to have that many do I?

Today my little brother's girlfriend asked me to go shopping with her because she wanted to pick out a new dress for their anniversary. I have been to the beach with this girl and lets just say that she has the perfect california girl body. She even has 25 bikinis. I wasnt very excited about going with her since i don't like shopping, especiall with a girl that can wear anything she wants...Or so I ...

Well, we got a blizzard here in NE Wisconsin yesterday. Dumped 14+ inches on us....we snow blowed (Blew?) last night, then another 3inches fell, so we did it again...THEN those peskey plows decided to come through the neighborhood and plow me back in with 2 feet of packed snow!!!! Couldn't use the snow blower and hubby was at work....I had to dig out enough to get my car out....1 hour of shoveling packed snow!!!! Shouldn't ...

This is my first weekend on plan and I'm a little worried about it. My husband and I used to go out to eat every weekend and that just isn't a good idea right now. We really enjoy trying new restaurants and it was a big part of our social life. I'm going to really miss that. :cry:

I started MF 12 days ago and I've lost 14lbs (wahoo!). I'm on the complete plan now (yes, my Dr. is monitoring me) and I would like those of you who have lost 50+ to weigh in on whether you were on the complete plan or the Lean and Green 5 and 1 plan? I'm debating on how long I should stay on the complete versus switching to the 5 and 1 or do a ...

Hopefully I didn't screw up too much. Today had a bar at lunch (12PM) and then had back to back (to back to back to back) interviews and couldn't step away to eat. So I just got my next meal at 5:45PM. I still have my lean and green and one more MF meal. Guess I'll have to have my lean and green at 7:45 (hate eating something that big so late) - wondering if ...

Water Sensations - Clear Liquid Flavor Enhancer for Water

They are little packets to flavor 16 oz. of water. They come 16 packets to a box for $3.99 ($.25 a package). Flavors are: Grape, Lemon, Strawberry-Kiwi, Mixed Berry, Orange and Peach. They were right next to the Crystal Light on the Go Packets.

They don't add as much flavor as Crystal Light, more ...
