Now here is my dilema.... I could A) choose not to ...

Week Four...

And rolling merrily along. I still have not set so much as one pinky toe on a scale so who knows. I am definitely curious to see what the results will be after my first goal of three months.

*bites nails*

Have a great week, everyone!

I was cruising the internet the other day and stumbled accross a Blog of an individual who was successful in losing a massive amount of weight. He said that he always asks himself what is the reason he is wanting to eat before he actually eats. He uses a method called PHAT (fat).

Whats the difference?

Ok, i got to thinking when I was at the store the other day. Aside frm the extra vitamins, what is the difference between the soups that medifast has and other soups. So, i got a can of Campbell's Select Roasted Chicken with Rotini & Penne Pasta. I compared it to the Minestrone and Chicken and Wild Rice Medifast soup. And there is practically no difference except for salt content. But you are allowed to ...

It's time....

It's time for a confession....and a plea for help. :|

Let me start at the beginning...
A few weeks ago my uncle, someone whom I am very close to, nearly died in an ATV accident. God was with us and he has recovered amazingly, but that was not to be the last of my family's recent trials. This past Saturday, February 18th, my uncle's daughter (not only ...

There's less "fluff" to my "flab"

 lol

Gross, but true...yes, I have been staring at my body in the mirror and there is DEFINATLY less "fluff", in my flab. I sorta feel like a pervert, staring at myself and touching my belly to "feel" any difference. One would think I was in love with my own body...Which I am NOT, YET!

There are ...

For accountability only...

Hello all my medifast friends. Today, I gave into my cravings. I won't go into detail. I also don't beat myself up over lost battles because I am winning and WILL WIN the war! However, I am just making myself accountable to you all and pledge to get right back on plan and continue on to victory!

Thank you all for being so supportive. I have learned and am continuing to learn SO much from ...

Hangin on

I want to first af all thank all of you for your encouragement this past week. Second I want to apologize for being so whiney and complaining. This has truly been some week. Today I weighed and lost 3lbs last week so that is not so bad. I had a real struggle today staying on program (by the way thanks Gina for the pledge idea it really helps) This week was a real test for ...

Transition from full fas to 5&1

Hi guys and girls!

I think that's time for me to live a change. November 3rd, I was here writing my first post, and I received my order this day. My weight then was 264.

Today, February 26th, I weigh 181 pounds... I succeeded what I failed all this time. Success was so good that I decided to keep up until 160.

However, I decided that at 180, I would switch to the 5 & ...
