Yes, I do need the surgery and increased weight loss will not change things. My knee cap is not 'floating' as it should, it is hitting the femur with each flexion. So actually this will be a relief!!

My only goal now is to weigh less so they don't have to call out the 'big guns' to lift me off the OR table!! Ha Ha

I'm so excited!! :yippee:

I have a pair of pants I kept trying on to see if I could button them since I started Medifast. I called them my "Target" pants. I could never get the button closer than an inch and the zipper......NO WAY!! Very depressing! :(

Hi Everyone. I scrolled through 250 messages this morning (since my last visit) and sadness really hit me that I don't have the time to hang out on the Forum like I did for 9 months. I miss being on first name (or alias) basis with everyone and cheering you on or being cheered on myself. After becoming a HA, my TSFL business exploded; and that happened on top of owning and running another business. ...

Would happen, I was hoping for later than sooner.

I am at a standstill. I am mentally, sort of, ready for it. I know my body is saying, "hold up woman you ain't tricking me any more." But soon I will win this fight and my body will behave.

And anyone else that may have tried them. Regarding the womans health shakes, do they taste the same as the others? And are they suitable to use in the weightloss portion of medifast? I'm thinking that if so, it sure wouldnt hurt for me to replace one or two of my daily shakes with those ones. Your advice?

I have ALWAYS been a very slow loser of weight. This morning when I stepped on the scale,(which I just bought this weekend)I am down another 2 lbs from Monday!! This is just unbelievable!!I know the first 6 or so is generally H2O weight,but I have lost 14 since Valentines day.
