Does that mean stuff like eggbeaters? The quick start guide says we can have 1/2-1 full cup of egg substitute, which, if it is eggbeaters, would provide a lot more food that two eggs. I guess it makes sense, since you are dealing with the yolk.

I think I may use this (if that is what they mean) for an omelet.

If I could train my scale to do this I would be doing good and not weighing everyday

I have a hard time. I'm usually full about 1/2 way through. 7oz of chicken is more than I ate before and then all the veggies...is it bad if I can't eat it all?

At my place of business the CEO's wife makes birthday cakes once a month to celebrate everyones b-day. One cake per birthday, needless to say March had SEVERAL. I resisted Choco-peanut-cream: double berry and double cream: an cannolli!!
A co-worker finally noticed the weight loss too-- almost 20 gone! This is the best ever.

Does the being cold part ever get better? I have my heat cranked up to 75 and I'm shivering!! :whattha: My gas company is gonna be happy with me. Never get a hot flash when you need one!! I can honestly say I can't wait for summer and those 105 degree days..... Im frozen!!

OMG!!! I am absolutely on cloud nine!!!! I just stepped on the scale and it says...are you ready.... 206.5!!!! 20.5 lbs lost in a little over 3 weeks!!! This is completely unrelated to MediFast, but...

I LOVE Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee. The only problem is that it's $35-$45 per pound here in the States. When I visited Jamaica a few years ago, I was able to buy it for just $4-$8 per pound.
