May Ijust say one thing about weighing?

With all of the talk about weighing too much, too little, morning, evening, etc., etc., I just want to say:

Full Fast?

I lost 50#s 4 years ago on Medifast following a "full fast" - 6 Medifast meals in a day. At that time you could choose to do the 5/1 option, but it was just an option. Eleven pounds in two weeks!

I'm happy to report that I've lost eleven pounds in two weeks! Makes me a verrrrrry happy camper and makes me even more determined to stick to it and get to my goal... yippy! :mrgreen:

wieght now 250-according to the scale this morning

Just had my oatmeal this morning and had some questions. I have been on this for almost 3 weeks now. Down 8lbs...did I do something wrong? New Products

I just heard that Medifast is introducing a new product to speed up your metabolism called Momentum. Has anyone else heard about this. There are two kinds. One that you add to water that comes in three flavors and the other is a shake, or pudding. Sounds pretty interesting !

Why do feel do tired?

Ok I'm so exhausted today. I have been on the program exactly one week. I felt great all week till today.
I lost 10lbs my first week! Why do I feel this way

Yesterday I did a 4 and 1, I missed a meal could that make me so exhausted??

Also I amout of pudding canI use the Jello ?

It is 60 calories, 1 fat 13 carbs ??? Any thoughts?

What will bump you out of ketosis?
