Some of you know that my dad is terminally ill and I've been flying back and forth to Florida - 2 weeks here w/my family and then 2 weeks down there w/my mom and helping w/my dad....tough to stick to dieting but I'm trying.
I just got back this weekend - I stayed a little longer down there - I'm not going to post a lot about it because I'm sure folks don't want to ...

I am back. I have been really busy travelling allot. I have strayed and I wish I could blame medifast but noooo its my fault. Well I didnt gain weight but only lost 4 lbs. I see allot of new names which is great. Missed you all Ron

I have developed a rash.:question: It's red and a little itchy but not to itchy.
I have it on my torso, arms, and legs. The worst area is at the edge of my arm-pits, I have searched this topic and was wondering about it. I see that benadril, "pardon my spelling" can be used to remedy this, true? ...

Is it too bad to add two sliced mushrooms and a sliced green onion to my chicken noodle soup????

I think that is how you spell it. Anyway, my wonderful hubby who makes my salads for me at night asked if I could have a couple of these in the salad - I love them and used to always have them in there.

I wasn't sure if I could count them in with the added veggies that I put in the greens.

So I thought my old scale was funny cause it wouldn't read the same weight all the time and I got a bright shiny new one, with fat % and body water % too! Very lovely. :) However, it shows me as 2.4 pounds higher than the old scale :x , and yes I stepped on the old scale ...

How much caffeine can I consume on mf and have any of you ever went off the program for a vacation and then went back to mf and continued to lose?
