I've been doing Medifast since January 5th and I've lost 26 lbs. so far which I'm happy about. But....But....But I could've lost so much more if I wouldn't stray and cheat on the diet. I probably cheat once a week to once every two weeks. What is going on and why can't I stay on this better? I'm happy with the weight loss and even doing the diet this way, I will lost ...

So many questions...so little time.

Thursday is Opening Day at SBC Park in San Francisco and will be the first Opening Day I've ever attended in my life. Also it's my birthday. I'll be 56. I've been on the program for 12 days and have lost 16 1/2 pounds.

All day, I've been really hungry. This is strange because I've yet to feel a lot of hunger since I started the plan...even during the initial three days. Is there a chance that I've somehow knocked myself out of ketosis (I didn't break the plan, although I did drink two cups of bouillon yesterday). Well when I got home earlier today, I was by myself. After a couple of minutes I caught myself thinking and going to the pantry to see what I could munch on. Instead of completing my action, I opted for a glass a water and a chocolate shake since it was time to eat. It is so weird how when I'm bored, I just automatically turn to food, and I wasen't even hungry, no growling ...
