LoSiN Inches like crazy and lovin it! Whoohoo! I'm just loving the idea of my clothes falling off of me! Sounds funny! I put on some pants that I wore on vacation the week before I started MF. I put them on and didn't have to paint them on! LOL I can pull them down without un-zippin them!

Hello everyone this is my fourth week on the program I have lost 15 lbs and have been at a stand still for abt 2 weeks I haven't lost another lb I had a beautiful baby girl about seven weeks ago after having my son fifteen months ago I am really past ready to loose the weight I have increased the water and an enjoying my m\f meals bite by bite is this normal help

BF myself and the dogs are headed to the drive-in movie theatre tonight for a double feature...we'll be there for 4+ hours. I'm bringing a shake and I know I can have 2 pickles...but ummm...does this include those huge ones at the movies?

Can I have a fast food salad like the grilled chicken salad at mcdonalds for my lean and green meal? With lowfat dressing of course.

I originally came upon Medifast through the Medifast 980 commercial. I ordered the 11 day trial version and then ordered their 5 week special (buy 4 weeks and get 5 week free). After reading through everyone's posts I am interested in obtaining a health advisor. I still have about 4 weeks of food left, but when I am ready to reorder do I just order through here and then I am assigned a health advisor? ...

Well, it's only been a week and I am not weighing myself til week 3; however, I am sitting at the computer wearing a pair of jeans I bought last week -- last Saturday, mind you, they did not fit. I couldn't even get the zipper anywhere near closed! (they were on sale -- even though they did not fit, they were such a bargain -- ladies, you know what I am talking about).

It's 13 now and it is unbelievable because I have not lost this much weight in 8 years. Still have 98 to go. Susan77

Yippee! 10 pounds off! I am so glad my friend Karin introduced me to this diet. It has been 12 years of trying to get the first 10 off! I am so grateful!
