I lost 3-1/2 pounds this week for a total of 14-1/2 pounds in 16 days.

Jerry lost another 5 lbs. for a total of 65 lbs. in 10 weeks!

I lost another 5.5 lbs. for a total of 51 lbs. in 10 weeks! Yippee, I made the 50 lb. club and also beat Jerry for once in weekly weight loss! :yay:

Hope everyone had a super week and can't wait to come back later ...

Does anyone know why your muscles get sore so much faster on Medifast? I planted a bunch of flowers the other day, not strenuous by any means, but the next day my body felt like I had been hit by a truck and dragged for miles. :idontknow:
