I have been on MF for about 8 weeks and I'm one of those poor, unfortunate souls that does not enjoy water. Every day I literally STRUGGLE to get my 64 oz down; however, today, I had 88 oz of water and I didn't even give it a 2nd thought. I must be winning this water war!

It has taken a long time but since the start of my weight loss journey I have lost 24 pounds. I am starting medifast to help me lose another 48 pounds. :mrgreen:

Anyone try the new Diet Dr. Pepper Berries and Cream? I really like it. I was afraid the berries would be too much, but the stronger flavor is the cream to me. I think the added sweetness makes it taste really close to a real DP. I've never really liked Diet DP because of the after taste, but this leaves me thinking I'm drinking the real thing. I'm sure a lot of that has to ...

I haven't lost a pound since Sunday. I'm following the diet plan to the letter. This is only my second week, I'm starting to think that MF won't work for me. Has this happened to anyone else?

I'm so %%^^&* at myself. It started out innocently enough. It was around 10PM Tuesday evening and I was at the grocery store. (Best time to shop...no one's there) and I realized I was hungry and I hadn't had my 5th Medifast meal...

So, it just happened that the aisle I was going down had chips on one side and soft drinks on the other. Didn't ...

I've been on the plan for a month. I've never cheated, was compliant for everything. However, I'm not seeing the inches comes of (I still have to buy a scale, I had other bills to pay). Apart from losing weight from my face (it was pretty puffy before), I really haven't seen much of a change.

I tried a few outfits tonight from my closet and although 1 size 14 pants just about fit me ...

I made it! I weighed yesterday and only 2 pounds this week, but I've now lost 30 pounds in 7 weeks.. YEAH!!! :D

I just keep shaking away.. I'm just thrilled that this is so "easy".. lol

Its nice to know that there are others in the same boat that are happy for me even though ...

What a great surprise this morning. I am in the 60# club and also out of the 400s and in the 300s. Just when you get frustrated good things happen :whoohoo:
