Per Nancy and the Medifast Guide, I took it easy. Our local Curves has all of these "extra" workout stations, so you only need to go around 2x in order to complete your 30 min. workout. So I just went around once. Felt okay. not tired at all. Even stretched afterwards...something I hated to do in the past. I think it may have to do with the fact that we now have this stretching apparatus ...

My hubby and I are on our way to his family's home for Easter, and we won't return until tomorrow night, so I wanted to wish you all an early Happy, Happy Easter. May you and your family be blessed on this holy day.

I have been on Medifast...VERY clean going four weeks this week.Should I expect a gain after TOM or do most of you experience the loss immediately after.I weighed this am and I am up...not by much, but I am thinking it will balance itself next weekend

Hello all. Today was the end of the two week mark for me and I didn't lose a thing. Last week I lost 12.5 pounds and was ectatic but this week... nothing. I will admit that I did cheat once on Tuesday because it was my birthday. I had half of a baked potato that came with my filet mignon but thats it. I ate at about 5:30 and went for a walf after dinner ...

Ok. I am laughing. Have to tell you guys... I saw my ex boyfriend and his new girlfriend at the Super Walmart tonight. Keep in mind- since we broke up I have lost 35 pounds. I did not relize what a huge difference it made... I walked up and introduced myself, his mouth just dropped open, and stayed open and she just kept telling my how pretty I am.

If a bag of dog food weighed 10 pounds, I've lost 4 of them! I'm so excited. I started on the program January 3rd to get off my baby weight.
