I've got a non scale victory here. :)

A few weeks ago I went shopping for some work clothes because my skirts I was wearing are falling off of me. They were all size 14 or 16 from Lane Bryant, so they were big 14 and 16's.

So anyway, I went to Kohl's and target and had no idea what size I wore in regular clothes because ...

Since I'm in my car so much, and the weather is getting hot will the RTD go bad if not in a cooler? because I have to take alot with me.

I didn't have a scale to weigh myself when I first started MF and only lost two pounds this week (with water retention), so it's definitely working!

Hi All. Today is my 2 week Medifast anniversary and I've lost 10.2 lbs so far. I am extremely happy about that. I know a lot of people say don't get on the scale every day, but I'm obsessed and have to. Every other day I lose weight and the alternating days I gain. It's been consistently like this since day 2. Luckily the gains are about half of the losses so I'm losing weight ...

Well, I made a mini goal to lose 40 pounds by Easter and I didn't make it. But I am not unhappy or discouraged...I lost 39.5!! I guess that is pretty close, don't you think??? :D

Well today is my 30th b-day and I had my "Legal Brownie" very good I have to say :)

My hubby is taking me to the Ohio Theater to see Little Shop of Horror tonight.
