Well my friend Redhed and I will be off sailing into the big blue this weekend with a bunch of other friends. We are taking our sweet, "getting thinner", Medifast healthy bodies on a cruise to the Caribbean. I must say I am a bit nervous about all the food and will be a bit tough to bring the packets but we are gonna do the best we can with the seafood, salads, etc.

I just had to write in and tell you all how proud I am of myself. (pat myself on back). Im a HUGE jellybean fanatic. I cannot wait until they put those bags on the shelf. A few weeks before starting MF- I would eat an entire bag all by myself everyday.

Im happy to say that yesterday during easter and having 3 baskets full of candy and especially jelly beans- I only snuck 1 ...

I am a regular Medifast user. I use the products everyday without fail.
I do it to keep my weight down and I feel really good on the program.

However, back in November my husband brought me home peppermint Ice cream which is only in the store from November through December. So I promptly started having some in the evenings. That was excuse #1 to Cheat.

I didt it! I must say getting down into the 60s was more exciting. After seeing another pound's loss on the scale this morning, I didn't even realize that it put me over 20 pounds lost! Can't wait for the 50s!
