I was wondering something again...

We can't have low fat mayo, right? When I got my essential one chicken salads today, they had mayo. Are these still okay?

My subject pretty much says it all, but I'm curious (no, not thinking about cheating!) What takes you out of ketosis? Fat? Calories? Sugar?

I've never stopped drinking MF Cocoa since I discovered it six or seven years ago. I've really LOVED the seasonal Cocoa with marshmellows and now am all out. So my question is: Would the freeze-dried mini marshmellows in the big cans of cocoa w/marshmellows be an acceptable substitute? Not sure if they are even the same kind as MF uses in manufacturing.
