For the past week my weight has fluctuated between 308.2 and 308.9 according to my cursed digital scale. Grrr.. :twisted:

I can't believe I've reached a plateau so quickly! Yet, as I recall in past reincarnations as a" woman on a weight loss regime", 308 seems to be some kind of "magic number" ...

At the first of the year, I was wearing my somewhat loose size 22 jeans and then moved into my tight 20's. I've been wearing the two pair of 20's, and didn't notice how loose they were getting until a few days ago, while out running errands, I had to keep hitching them up because they were practically falling off of me! :lol: I had bought a ...

My scale is stuck at 214.8. Well, it is not the scale, because I put the kids on it and they weighed correctly... So, I am stuck. Is there something I can do to get it going again? I wont make my July goal if it stays like that...

I want to know where I can report a major infraction of the rules! (well, my rules, but to me they are THE rules!). Who do I tell? Do I have to fill out a complaint form?? :x

I weighed in for my "Official" 1 month results and here they are.......

I've lost 16.5 lbs- I was hoping to hit the 20# mark but thats ok. Im very happy. Im under my pre-baby weight from 3 years ago!
I've also lost a total of 7 inches in my bust,waist and hips.

Hi! Can anyone tell me why Boca Burgers are limited to one, as a protein substitute, when we can have 7oz portions of chicken and fish, and 5oz of beef, etc.?
