Calorie/Carb/Protein Totals

Is there any definitive quantitative amount of Calorie/Carbs/Protein amounts listed for someone on a Medifast program.

Reason I'm asking is I'm thinking of getting a software program that keeps track of my daily doings and I can set it for how many calories, and grams of carbs and protein I need to be at every day.

Something like... 875 Calories/75g Carbs/95g Protein????
I'm on a modified diabetic plan, so I figure the carbs must be ...

I need advice on planning and accomplishing maintenance.

My First week weigh-in...

Today I weighed myself after being on the program for 1 week. I have lost 6lbs. I am a LITTLE saddened that is wasent more..I was shooting for 10. Oh well....I will take it. Maybe I will just shoot for the 20lbs gone in 30days. What does everyone think...is that doable? :?

ONEderland!!!

I was so happy and surprised to step on the scale and see 199.6!!! I haven't been in ONEderland since May 2004. Question about water consumption.

I drink A LOT of water. I generally get in around 160 oz. of water per day. According to what I've read in the past, you should drink up to half as many oz. of water as your entire body weight. For instance, if you weight 200 pounds, you should drink a maximum of 100oz.
