* I had to move the seat in my car up... no my legs weren't getting shorter my butt was getting smaller and I was ...

I wanted to make some chicken and shrimp stir-fry tonight, but I was curious if it is ok to mix the two. Of course, the total will be 7oz.

Bell's Palsy -- A blessing in disguise?

Hey everyone! :)

Well, I have had a mighty odd week! On April 17th, the day after Easter, in the morning at breakfast, I began to have a strange problem with my tongue feeling numb... foods started to taste "off" by dinner... Tuesday morning as I was getting ready for work, I noticed that the right side of my mouth was also now numb, and that I ...

Why inches and not pounds???

Ok, this plateau has turned into a huge flat desert! I have lost 35 lbs. since I started in mid January. I really expected to be much farther along by now but my plateaus have been frequent and looooong! I know my clothes are getting bigger, the pants I bought the first week of April had to be taken in at the waist a week later and now they are in need of more alterations. ...

How much MollyMcButter can I use in a day?

If I use real garlic to cook with do I need to take that off my veggie amount for L&G?

And how much more does it cost to personalize ...

But my spouse is travelling and I am home with the kids. There is more food in the housr than I know what to do with! I hate it! Can't wait for Monday morning ...

food for thought

Was reading last night and came across a good quote that I wanted to share:

"When the pain of the problem gets worse than the pain of the solution, we'll be ready to change. Before our hearts and lives can change, we must be willing to change our level of effort--we must become willing to go to any length." -C. Harrison
