What do you use to get rid of the dragon breath?

There is something that I have been wondering about lately-

What do you consider cheating?

Is it a few nibbles of something 'forbidden"?

Is it not getting in all your supplements?

Is it having a "forbidden" meal?

I would love to see what everyone considers cheating.

I'm new to Medifast and have not even recieved my order yet, Friday hopefully. I am very nervous about not being able to stick with it and giving up too soon, which is what I did with every other diet that I have ever been on. I have tried the traditional diets like Weight Watchers and LA Weight Loss but the cooking and shopping and packing a lunch for myself everyday I just ...

All of my local stores have stopped carrying the Carb Options brand of teriyaki sauce. I used this stuff almost every night and I am going through withdrawels!

I cannot find any suitable sauces to take it's place.

The only kind of similar sauce in taste is a Sesame Ginger brand, but it is pretty high in carbs and sugar. It has 30 calories, 7g of carbs, and 6g of sugar per tablespoon.

It's too soon to be absolutely sure, but since I gave up the DaVinci syrups Thursday afternoon, I've been down every single day, which is completely unheard-of for me. I've lost 2 pounds since then!!

If this keeps up, I might actually reach my goal before the next millennium.

First thanks to all of you who helped me through my mini plateau last week. Your suggestions really helped me put into focus how what I ate, even while staying on the plan, can still impact my weight loss in a negative way. :pet:

Whew...made it through the weekend, no cheats (anyone ever feel that way)?

My husband can't use my scale, he exceed's the weight limit, anyone have one that goes to at least 400 lbs? I don't think he's at that weight, but I know that would cover it.

Hi everyone! My dad is interested in Medifast and he has a history of gout when doing a low carb and high protein type diet. I was wondering if anyone here would know if there is any problems with Medifast and Gout. I havent seen any posts, so I figured it wasnt a big problem. I plan to call the nurse line tomorrow.

Just me with some more questions here. I am wondering how the lemon bars taste? Are they sour? Do they have the white coating on the outside?

Do the peanut butter bars taste like peanut butter? Any opinions?

I read that the chocolate mint were good so I will probably be trying those, but wondered about the others.
