I just started on Sat. and am doing well. But I have a few questions.

1. My stomach is gurgling like crazy and making me queasy...normal? any remedy?
2. Headache...normal? advil and tylenol help but I don't want to take them the entire time I'm on the diet.
3. Dry mouth - I have been drinking 96oz of water a day (4 bottles) but I can't seem to kick the dry mouth...suggestions?

Most of you know that my loved little old Daddy just died this last week. I'm going to share with you a bit about "emotional eating". I understand it because I was a participant the last week. A handful of years back, I stumbled upon REAL drawstring pants -- no elastic or anything, just a simple turn at the top of the waistline through which a fabric cord ran and secured in the front.

They're a size 26. I bought several pairs.
