Does anyone know when the Chocolate Mint bars will be available again? I tried to order this morning, and they are not avavilable through the website right now. :( They are my favorite, so I hope it's soon!

I lost 7lbs this week! That brings me to 20lbs in a month! I am soo excited! I set 20lbs for the month as my goal but after last weeks weigh-in..I thought I would be short! My morning bs is usually higher. I took note about not taking the bars at the last meal. I had one at 3:00 PM. My last meal was a chocolate shake. ARE MEDIFAST FRUIT DRINKS A MEAL ???

Just thought I'd share b/c no victory is too trivial. Went shopping for new undies today and did not have to buy them from Lane Bryant, Catherine's, Just My Size, etc. Did not have to shop in the Plus Size section which was completely amazing!!!

I am having a horrible week. I have been starving and haven't been able to get back on! I think it is because I am expecting TOM. It doesn't always happen but sometimes right before TOM I have a bottomless pit for a stomach. I went back up to 200 and I am so upset with myself. Does anyone else ever have this problem? I really want to be down 30 more pounds by July ...

I'm on my 2nd day of Medifast (and enjoying the taste of everything so far), and wanted to confirm (or not) something I thought I had read.

As I understand, as the Medifast program does not contain a lot of oils (flax, omega 3 etc), it's been recommended to take an occasional dose of Udo Oil Blend. These additional oils would then assist your gallbladder?

Can anyone confirm/deny this?

Day 2 of medifast! I brought a packet of chicken and wild rice, but neglected to take a look at the cooking instructions. Google searches are turning up nothing...

Anyone know offhand the cooking instructions for the soups?
