ok...muffin tops are basically the chub that hangs over your pants lol...much like the top of a muffin spills over the top of the pan lol.

got that term from one of my friends. but yeah... my muffin tops are starting to go away... glad i have belts lol

Okay...now as I wish I could attribute all my rolls to swelling and not good ol fashioned fat :oops: I can attribute swelling to my ankles.

I made it a few days ago. I can't believe how EASY this is!!! Only 12.5 to go till goal! However, I may reevaluate that upon reaching 135. Maybe lose 5 more? Who knows? I was 120 on my wedding day... And that lasted 7 days...
