Anyone using Kinerase skin care products???

The reason why I'm asking is b/c I tripped over the most wonderul product, this evening, and am very impressed with it's performance. I have had extremely dry, scaley lips my entire life. I've tried every lip balm, gloss, medication, etc and no luck. I actually spend a lot of time pulling off dead pieces of skin and they just miraculously reappear. I have a lame question.
If you eat something that knocks you out of ketosis, how long between eating it and seeing the results on a ketostix?

I'm not cheating, I'm just really curious.

I took my son shopping the other day, and saw some pants I had wanted a few months ago. I did not want to buy them the first time I saw them because I knew they would not fit when I reached my goal. Anyway, the other day they were on sale, so I decided I was close enough to goal to go ahead and get them. I thought...how much difference can 8lbs make? The ...

it's not such a big deal... i expected worse. the only reason i'm disappointed is because i had just hit the original goal. other than that, i deserve to be 10 pounds heavier from the way i ate on vacation. i've save you the ugly food details. i am paying for it though. i've got 3 pimples and a sore on my tongue. definitely not worth it ...

Woo hoo! On one hand, I almost can't believe I've lost 40 pounds already with so little effort. On the other hand, it was so easy, I feel like I'm just cruising along to my goal weight, Medifast shake in hand.

This is the first time I've felt like I'm really accomplishing something I haven't been able to do before. I've lost up to 30 pounds on other diets, but (say it along with me) ...

Went shopping at lunch today in my size 24 pants which have been getting loose for a few days. Bought a "goal size" motivating pair of 18's. Got back to my office, locked the door and slipped those puppies on. And you know what? They fit zipper and all! Little snug but definitely wearable. Thank you MF!!!!! :mrgreen:

well she reached her goal of 5 and a half pounds and figures that is good enough for now!

ok Amber made it a whole 7 days which is 5 more than Tabitha made it.
