I'm not sure if this is the place to ask these questions, but here goes (Ive been on the 5 + 1 plan for almost 3 weeks now):

1. Can I combine my daily lean and green meal with a medifast supplement? For example, add the veggies to a MF soup? Add meat and veggies to the chili?

2. In selecting a salad dressing (aside from a MF salad dressing) what are the ...

I know I don't post much, but I'm very excited that I have reached the 10# mark! Can I get that under my name!!!!! :-P :-P :-P

Forgot to mention this in my previous post...but the biggest (and funniest) NSV of this trip so far occured at the Detroit airport. there's no delicate way to say this, so i'lljust put it out there.
for the most part, i do the full fast. i love it. i feel good. it is easy and removes my need to try to push boundaries. i'm not usually hungry anyways.

tuesday apparently i put a bad tomato in my lean and green salad...and got food poisoning from it so i havent been on... i got a lot of catching up to do now lol :(


so...hows everybody else? any other people eat funky tomatoes?

Since I'm off the scale and worried that I might slacken or let things slide, I've been reading the archives here and have made my way through all the newsletters that Nancy has written. (She hasn't written one for a while....I'd LOVE to see her start them up again. If she wrote a book, I'd BUY it!). So anyways, I'm working on some new rules/goals right now to focus on to help in my MF ...

I am confused about the use of extracts, they have alcohol in them so I am wondering if anyone can tell me if they are okay to use.

I don't know if it's the diet or I need to go have my TSH checked. Has anyone gone thru this? And if you have does it last long?
