Well, in a manner of speaking. As of today, even the regular BMI calculators say I'm in normal range (a few weeks ago, it was the mybodycomp site that said so). Woo hoo!!!!!

Only here I have found that so long and unsuccessfully searched on the Internet.

I have lost 40 pounds, but fell OFF the wagon about a month ago....pretty sad. I have gained 10 pounds, pretty awful....
Ok, so now i am re-starting tomorrow, i need to loose 50 more pounds, but everyday i restart, it is so hard and feil, everyday, and restart the day after, and like that a month have passed.
That is why i am seeking help... from you guts the experts and my inspirations....

i looked around and couldn't find any info on sweet potatos.

are we allowed them? are they considered a big, fat no no?

if it's a no, then i shall pass them over. but if they are a YES, i'll be so happy!

I have been reading all of those awesome sucsess stories and wonder what some of you may have used to help the appearance of cellulite. The thought of wearing a swimsiuit or shorts scares the crud out of me.I know there are no miracles but I have read some revews that some products and proceedures help the appearence some temporary some longterm. Anyone have any luck with this? Many Thanks

On Friday I went to the dentist and got my first set of Ortho-Clear trays. They are like Invisa-line; clear braces type things that I got to correct a gap in my front teeth. I have to wear them for 6 months and I can already tell this will be a big help with Medifast. I have to take them out to eat solid food, and it is a pain in the patootie ...

Well here I am at week 4 day 1. I've faithfully followed plan and not tried to incorporate fitness into MF before this point.

I promised myself however, that I would go to the gym today. I'm very excited about working out again. In my past, skinny life, I actually financed my undergrad college education as a Health Club sales manager and aerobics instructor. I was even on ESPN once, somewhere at around 114 pounds. ...

Well, after a long plateau (all my own stupid fault, I know!!), I need to be inducted into the 30# club, please. No parades or personal holidays or anything. We can save that for a larger loss, but for now, I would settle for the recognition!!
