Hi -

I officially started Medifast a week ago yesterday, and I have officially cheated more days than not since then.

I played a graduation ceremony today and watching all those kids just starting out, and seeing three of them who were already grossly overweight (possibly even weighing more than me) made me so sad!! I kept thinking of both my own graduation, and the day someday when my daughter graduates, and realizing how few ...

My very first post here... I have been reading and lurking for quite awhile, and the before and after posts just make me bawl. I have a ways to go, but I am motivated and I thank you guys for being so supportive and encouraging. What a neat group of people!

Anyway, my question.... is it ok to mix the shake up with more than just 6-8 oz of water? I assume so, but thought ...

Well now that the kids are out it's hard to get on and read. We are doing fine but the kids really miss their daddy.

My biggest struggle is when I'm fixing the kids ice cream cones. That is one of my favorit things mmmm...I just make sure I give it to them when I can have pudding. :mrgreen:

Has anyone else become nautious (sp) and vomit when they wait too long between meals?

so both my cousin and i can fit into size 18's ! the other night we were digging out all our size 18's and trying them on and sure enough they all fit! just thought i would share :D we were driving her husband nuts. he was trying to play on his comp and we kept walking in going "look! LOOK!" lol

Just needing some help planning my next L&G.

I wanted to try to eat these:

Butterball Chicken Breast Strips

3 oz serving

90 calories
1.5g fat
2g carbs
0g sugar
18g protein

Do you think it would be safe to eat 6 or 7 oz of this? Or should I avoid it like the plague! LOL

I really want something different for my L&G. I am getting bored.

i don't know what the deal is, but lately when i eat a bar (no matter how slowly) i feel so full it's like i'm going to hurl. can we split a bar in half and make it 2 meals? it does have a lot more calories....

none of my pants fit!

i'm grateful-- more than i can say.

i'm also constantly pulling up my pants and washing and drying them on hot to try to get a couple hours of wear out of them. gotta be careful standing up, cause sometimes the jeans... don't.

i want to wait a little while before buyng new jeans; i'm hoping i can skip a size and spend less money (starving- ha ha- student here). ...

Unca, finally made it to the 30 pound club! :whoohoo: Was going to wait to weigh on Sunday but got too curious and got on the scale this morning. :mrgreen:
