Gosh I think I love these more than the number on the scale. :)

Yesterday after everyone had gone home from our BBQ, all the kids and I were out on the lawn playing tag. And my dd asked me to show her how to do a cartwheel. It's been years since I've done one... well, not only did I do one, but I did many and ...

I got an email just now about a new book. I am so going to order it! Anyone else get the email?

Here are my stats:

31 year old, 5'6", starting weight 200#

Now, I was wondering if there are anyone out there with similar stats that would tell me how much they lost in how many months?

My aim is to loose 50# by November 25th! Hope it's doable, considering all the plateaus/slow weeks I am gonna hit!

It's interesting how we all perceive things differently. I read on this board how some are so self-conscious and upset and miserable with how overweight and huge they are and their starting weight is 250 pounds.

Then there are those of us who can hardly wait to get down to 250 pounds because they feel so wonderful at finally being below 300 pounds that 250 pounds will be like being in a dream.

Today is finally the day. 50lbs GONE FOREVER! I weighed in at 168.8 this morning. Took me going off plan on Sat & Sun to get the scale going again. I did not pig out on those days. I ate the right foods and stayed away from chips and deserts.

So I am doing the banana dance today and feel great!

I had a little time to kill this afternoon so I went to the Liz Claiborne outlet store. I have only been on this plan for 4 weeks. With a total loss of 21 lbs So you can imagine my surprise when I tried on several pairs of pants in size 16 W and they all fit. Four weeks ago I was wearing a 22W. I can't believe this is possible. Well we are back from visiting TN and had a wonderful time. After much prayer and discussing it with my husband I came completely off program for the week, the shocker, I did not gain anything. I actually missed program and was thrilled to get back to it on Saturday.
