Disclaimer: I know you hate this type of thing but that is a super accomplishment!

I kind of doubt that these are allowed, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask. The kind that I've seen have about 6g of carbs and were really low in fat (if I remember correctly, 2g). I can't remember the calorie count, because it's been a long time since I've looked at them.

So, the question is, are these allowed? It seems really low in most of the big areas...certainly more so than a ...

I thought it would be interesting to see how we are doing with the program. Please answer honestly - we aren't taking names. :mrgreen:

I dont know if you have this in your neck of the woods...but Walden Farms has a selction of dressings that have No calories, No carbs, No sugar...FABULOUS!

Balsamic, caesar,italian,ranch,blue cheese...I personally like the blue cheese the best...ranch tastes more like creamy italian...they also have ketchup.

I was wondering how the RTD Choc tastes. Is it like the choc shake? I like those and dont have to doctor them up, just ice, water and go.

Classes start up in a little over a week (aug 21) and i was hoping to try them out. I just dont know how many to get if i do.
