Down 2.9 pounds for the week putting me at a total loss at 38.7 pounds in 2 1/2 months. Also, it puts me back into the 100 lb club for total loss! Good luck to everyone today!

I realize how much discussion there is in journals, and elsewhere, about types of exercise, length of time, different machines ,etc. And I LOVE talking shop about exercise/running/gyms/whatever, but I just want to remind all you folks out there who are intimidated, scared, or overwhelmed by the options or idea of getting out there, that you don't have to do ANY of this research ...

When I lost the first time I did not exercise allot-I have started on the treadmill for a mile-I need help with a program-I see alot of people that keep there weight off exercise-so help please
Just wondering how important it is to eat within an hour of waking? I mean, relatively speaking, how important is it.
With the two girls I can seldom eat within an hour - it's usually within two hours. You're not supposed to have the bar first thing but that's all I have time to grab - so I haven't been eating right away because I know having a bar is not recommended. ...
Just wanted to spread the word. I read a really interesting (and helpful) article about emotional eating in Clean Eating magazine. It's not online, so there's no link to post, unfortunately. But I highly recommend it. It's called Feeding the Hungry Heart, or something like that. I thought it had some good insights AND some very practical tips to help overcome emotional eating.
