Swiss Mocha Shake

Ok. I've always liked the swiss mocha shake. I noticed the weird chalky taste, but it never bugged me. Today I made my shake almost 40 minutes before I drank it, and a lot of the chalkiness calmed down. There's still sort of an aftertaste of it, but for those of you who hate this shake because of this taste.. try making it ahead of time and see if you like it better.

frustrated

so yet again...after going down 5 lbs more after being stuck @ 190 for nearly 4 weeks, im stuck again... i know i shouldnt be getting so frustrated.. because im still losing...but i guess its just ... i wish the numbers were going down more...eh maybe its time to pull out the measuring tape again? just a little frustrated not seeing the 2-3 lbs i was losing before i got below 200.

mixing protein in L&G

I was wondering can you mix ur protein when you have ur L&G? Like 4oz chicken and 3 oz of tuna? or any other combination within the weight range? :D

I thought u can as long as it comes out to the right amount but i wanted to know if i could before hand.

One goal down

Well, well, well, look at me :) My goal was to be in a size 12 by the time I went on vacation...last night after work I tried them on and OMG!!! they fit so good I went running out to grab the 10's...that wasn't gonna happen....YET!!! I am well on my way...next goal 150!!

What's in a number?

I've made a decision. Since I'm already in my original goal size of 6, and pretty close to a 4 (which is still unbelievable to me), I'm adjusting my goal and my ticker and declaring myself "done," at least as far as weight loss is concerned. Creatine?

Has anyone used this in conjunction with their exercise? I can't get a good handle on if this is just for people who want to bulk up or if it's also for people who are trying to increase muscle:fat ratio.
