Hello everyone. Well I am back on program, started on Tuesday 4/6/2010 my weighin at that time was 318; this morning I am at 303.2! Not even an entire week on program!!

up 1lb guess the great whoosh is on its way

I am down 7 lbs But that is realy for a week and a half because I was not on program the previous week. I am excited...
