Introduce yourself to the forum.
(Guests Welcome)

Hi, I am Karli :)

Hello, I am Karli. I just spilled all of my guts out into my first post on this forum and what doubled as my first journal entry. But then I saw the subtitle of this room and decided to formally introduce myself here, too.

Dayna is a good friend of mine, and I have witnessed her beautiful growth (as a person) throughout her weightloss experience with Medifast. Witnessing her success has naturally intrigued me and ...

plateau

Hi, I started MF on 4/18 and have lost 30lbs. For the past 2 1/2 weeks I have lost nothing. I have tried everything to get past it, more water, no exercise, more exercise, no bars, bars everyother day, full fast, all shakes etc. I am having no luck. Is there anything else I can do to get past this and typically how long do plateaus last? I am getting very discouraged. Thanks!

Another Newb :)

I've been lurking around the boards for a while and thought I should finally post something. I started Medifast on June 3rd, so I'm just shy of the 3 week mark. (Down 15 lbs woot!)

For a little background, I'm 26 and started out at 254 lbs at only 5'5" and decided it was time to do something. I was diagnosed with Crohn's about 2 years ago, so I was pretty adjusted to cutting out ...

Just checking in

Hello Everyone,
I just wanted to check in. I m having a couple of hungry days. (Yesterday and today.) It's not unbearable but it just surprises me after feeling so free from hunger for the past couple of weeks since I started Medi-fast. I have not been having any additional snacks just the soy crackers with my soup. Can I still have celery as well or pickles? So far I've just been trying to ignore ...

New kid on the block:)

Hello all,

My name is Tlo, I have been reading though your forum for a couple days now, and viewing your before and after pics in the Studio, and you all have inspired me beyond words to start Medifast. It is kind of costly, so I have to wait until my next paycheck to actually order the products, but I can't wait to get started. I have struggled with my weight all my life. I ...

Question on protocol - need FAQ clarification

Hi, me again.

I was just re-reading the FAQ section, and saw that I should be having three shakes a day instead of the one I was having. I thought all the meal replacements were the same, but apparently not. (I was having one shake, one bar, one oatmeal, one soup, and one tea for example, then the lean and green.) So if ...

Hey, I'm Jen... so glad to be here!

Hello to everyone. I've been browsing for a few days and just joined. I do plan to start a journal thread, but I wanted to introduce myself to the group first.

My name is Jen, I am 35 years old, happily married, with no kids. I'm 5'8" and as of Sunday I weighed 262. My goal is 150, so I have 112 pounds to lose. I have never been a slave to the scale so ...

New user and have a question already.

Hi - sorry to butt in, I don't know if it's OK to post here, but....

I have been on Medifast for 6 days including today. I've lost five pounds, but I gained back two last night after a terrible cheat - really terrible, as in I didn't even enjoy it. I've been off-schedule with my supplements the last two days due to life in general, and I have a question.

Do I have to ...
