I just started Medifast last Friday 4/18/08, and have been doing good, it was tougher on some days because I did not realize I was not eating enough for my lean meal, today is day 6. I am weighing tomorrow, after the 1st week. Please let me know what is to come in week 2.

Hi, I am a little confused on how to measure my veggies. Example, asparagus is in long stocks, so I cant measure 1 1/2 cups. Also there is a big difference between broccoli stalks and chopped broccoli. I find this to be the case with alot of things. There are alot more string beans in a cup and an half then in green beans. Okay...week 2, here is what I am doing I only really have 1 concern, but if I am blowing it elsewhere, I hope someone sets me straight.

I do not do bars at all, 5 supp and 1 L&G, at least 64 oz water. 2 of my supps are shakes.

Now the iffy parts. I drink 2 cups of coffee per day, 1 tsp creamer and 1 spenda.
