I'm use to just the powder shakes that you mix with water. Would I be a big fan of the Ready to Drink? Does it taste a lot different? I'm just curious b/c I'm getting lazy!
:shock: I've just started using the Medifast program and I was wondering if I need three shakes a day? I've been using one and mixing it up with hot beverages, soups and a bar, then my lean meal. Please let me know what your experiences have been!
Hey everyone...I'm having a very wierd morning...Usually i have to set my alarm to eat cuz i'm never hungry but this morning is different. i had my oatmeal at 9am and now it's only 10:45 (not even 2 hours) and i'm starvin like marvin! i'm not in panic mode or nothing cuz i know these things happen, but it's just wierd ya know?

Hello everyone. I started Monday and so far so good.....I haven't cheated though the temptation was there. Monday was the hardest day to resist, yesterday was much easier......So far I've loved all of the foods, my least favorite is the banana pudding but that's just because I don't like banana flavored stuff. But it's still edible. I've lost 4 lbs so far and don't feel deprived. I've gotten hungry a couple of times and helped ...
I'm Cat from Sacramento and I just started the plan (5 & 1) yesterday. No problems so far (except soup "issues" which I posted in the Lean Cuisine forum). I might be a little different from other folks here, as I was told to start this plan temporarily to get some weight off for surgery. Regardless, I look forward to good results and am pleasantly surprised that I haven't had any hunger/ craving issues ...
