I guess I'm back. There are alot of new names I don't recognize. I guess I'll be starting over here. I was away from MF for about 3 months now. My mom had a massive heart attack and has been very critical for a couple of months and she finally passed away a couple of weeks ago. We will miss her very much.

I am glad to say that I have only gained back 6 ...

I was wondering, can I use some lemon juice on my salad insted of dressing. I like my lettuce with some salt and pepper and lemon juice but don't know if it is on the diet.

Okay, I think my life is getting back to normal. I am committed to losing 15 lbs. this month. So, your job is to keep me focused and on track. Well actually that's my job, but your support and good wishes will certainly be appreciated.

I'm on day 2 and doing pretty well, I think. The smell and taste in some of the products is taking me some getting-used-to. :? I'm real finicky when it comes to smell and taste - I can't even handle Arrowhead bottled water, it has a weird taste to me that most people don't seem to notice.

I think it's the soy protein. I couldn't force down ...

Yesterday was my first day on MF. I did pretty well. As a snack, I ate all the cucumvers that were supposed to go on my L&G salad, but other than that, I stuck exactly to it. I did have strange dreams of food. I dreamed about an egg Mcmuffin, and I don't even like them.

Hi. Has anyone else noticed all of the Medifast ads that have been popping up everywhere? I saw it on my daughter's My Space. It is also on Pogo, and I saw it in People magazine the other day as well. Cool, huh? Now the rest of the world is going to know about our wonderful little secret! Bout' time.
