I have been on MF for 5 1/2 weeks now and lost 14lbs, but seem to be stuck. my weight has not changed in a week and a half.

I have climbing class now, so I eat a bar before the class, and my L&G after. I drink tons of water, usually around 100 oz per day, and I only have the bars on climbing days.

What can I do to make the scale move ...

Hey Losers-
A word of warning...
In July, pre-TSFL transition, I moved my auto-ship date backward by four days (considering holidays, etc...). Today I learn, after re-confirming the date last week, that my auto ship date has reverted to it's original monthly date.
So last month's order was two weeks late, this month's will be app'x. one week later than planned. Hoping this is just my case!

I am back from St.Kitts! Everything went great and I am officially engaged to be married! :)

I couldn't do MF out there because of the expense of shipping and I was super careful about the food I ate and I did a lot of walking. I didn't gain any weight, which made me happy.

I am starting back at work in a few weeks ...

Wow, it has been a while. I got down to 265 LBS. and suffered from some personal problems and gained back 13 LBS. So I will be starting again on tuesday. Thank everybody!
