I just tried the chicken and wild rice soup. It's delicious and has pieces of actual real food in it! I only ordered a sample pack because when I tried the cream of broccoli soup, I didn't like it. So I thought I wouldn't like any of the soups, but I will definitely be adding this to my next order! I like soups this time of the year when it starts to get chilly.

I was just on ticker factory and made a ticker for weight loss could someone tell me how I can get it downloaded to my desktop so I could pull it up when ever I choose? Or is that how it works? Thanks in advance Kat :oops: :oops: :oops:

i have been doing MF for months now but dont no the answer to this one.

i usually do 5 MF things and my 1 lean and green

if i wanted to for a few days to do all MF meals and omit my lean and green do i still have 5 MF or do i have 6 MF things each day?
